Karen has been a graphic designer for 15 years. She began her career working in print shops understanding how to create art that can be reproduced in production. She has an Associate's degree in Communication Design from the University of Cincinnati, and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Northern Kentucky University with an area of concentration study in Marketing. 

With a successful career in graphic design doing work for many well-known companies and brands, Karen founded Allen Arts in 2002 doing freelance graphic design work. Allen Arts has since grown with many well-known customers and expanded in 2010 to add Videography to their services - becoming Allen Arts Media.   

Conor graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing. With strong creative skills and a love for technology, he is a natural when it comes to capturing and editing video.
